Job vacancy
For the position:
Invoicing clerk and cashier — One (1) position
Place of work: Prizren
Main duties:
- Is responsible for the company’s cash desk;
- Performs daily reconciliation with the company’s drivers;
- Records and reports on the expenses that are paid in cash;
- Posts open invoices (sales invoices, returns, internal movements);
- Maintains invoices and source documents in files and ensures that they are complete;
- Reports to the manager regarding debt invoices and sends other reports.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Required qualifications:
- Candidates must have completed the Bachelor level of studies in Economics;
- At least one (1) year of work experience in a similar position (preferred);
- Must have elementary knowledge of work in finance;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Accuracy, responsibility and good organization at work.
